Is Zartha ready to use right now?
Yes — BillForge POS v2.0 is live and in early access. Core billing, GST compliance, offline mode, and the cloud management portal are all functional. We're onboarding businesses individually so we can give each one white-glove support.
What does the free trial include?
The 90-day free trial includes full access to all features — unlimited invoices, cloud sync, the management portal, and up to 3 POS terminals. No credit card required to start.
How does offline mode work?
Each terminal runs a local encrypted database. You can bill, manage inventory, and accept payments even with zero internet. When connectivity returns, all terminals sync automatically with the cloud.
Is GST filing supported?
Zartha handles GST calculation, HSN mapping, and invoice generation (CGST/SGST/IGST split) automatically. Direct GST filing integration is on the Q3 roadmap.
What hardware do I need?
BillForge runs on any Windows 10+ PC or laptop. No proprietary hardware required — your existing computers work fine. Barcode scanners, thermal printers, and cash drawers are supported via USB.
